Career Biography for Terry Thamrin

Terry began his career in a well regarded large volume seafood restaurant in Perth. Moving to Sydney in 2002 Terry set to work in Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay at venues including Nick’s Seafood & I’m Angus Steakhouse. Terry progressed to Head Chef at Cyren Bar & Grill before taking on the Executive Chef role at Adria Bar & Grill. Terry joins the Marina’s Edge team with a wealth of high volume kitchen experience.
