Dennis started his culinary journey with Nick’s restaurant group on king street wharf in Darling Harbour. Starting at Nick’s seafood at the age of 15 and moving and developing a wealth of knowledge at a range of restaurants such as Nicks Bar and Grill, Casa di Nico Italian restaurant, Cyren Bar and Grill, I’m Angus steak house and Adria Bar and grill. Dennis progressed to executive sous chef in 2010 and worked in various restaurants in Darling Harbour for 9 years.
In 2014 Dennis decided to collaborate his passion for cooking by working in partnership with his step dad Tiziano at Baybreeze cafe.
Dennis is joining the Marina’s edge team with a depth of knowledge and a great passion for fresh, local Australian seafood and meat.
